The Project:
Towards the end of 2022, Soul Tread Magazine commissioned five artists – including me – to create Christmas card designs for their end of year fundraiser.
I took the line ‘The weary world rejoices’ from the Christmas Carol, O Holy Night, and created this design with a ribbon-like lettering effect to help it feel more like Christmas. The wording felt especially appropriate after a number of years filled with COVID difficulties.
