Kangaroo Flat Library
The Project:
This collaborative mural between Wes Franklin and Rachel Doller was a post-covid project which transformed the creek-facing wall of the Kangaroo Flat Library, making it more visible to those using the Bendigo Creek Trail and encouraging people to be more active by riding or walking to the library.
The 20 metre long mural combines Rachel’s abstract shapes and vibrant colours with Wes’ playful lettering to create a unique, eye-catching artwork.
The project was funded by Healthy Heart of Victoria and curated by Nacho Station.
